Learning & Practical Environment
Practical education is an important part of pharmacy training. PIPS provides laboratory facilities supporting various areas of pharmaceutical education, including Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy.
The institution records 19 laboratories, along with a Central Instrumentation Facility and Machine Room, supporting practical learning and academic activities.
These facilities help students connect theoretical concepts with practical applications and develop the technical skills required for further studies and professional careers.
Faculty & Student Development
The institution aims to provide students with guidance and support throughout their academic journey. Faculty members contribute to classroom teaching, practical training, academic mentoring and student development.
Along with academics, students are encouraged to participate in research activities, seminars, journal clubs, NSS programmes, quizzes, awareness programmes, cultural activities and other co-curricular initiatives.
This broader learning experience helps students develop confidence, teamwork, communication skills and professional responsibility.
Research & Innovation
Pharmaceutical education is closely connected with research and innovation. PIPS encourages students and faculty members to develop research interests, participate in academic activities and explore emerging areas of pharmaceutical sciences.
Through project work, seminars, academic discussions and research-oriented activities, students are encouraged to develop analytical thinking and a scientific approach to problem-solving.
Beyond the Classroom
PIPS believes that professional education should also contribute to the development of responsible and socially conscious individuals. These experiences help students prepare not only for examinations, but also for the responsibilities they may undertake as future pharmacy and healthcare professionals.
